WE NO LONGER OFFER AUTO PAY -

YOU WILL NEED TO MANUALLY GO IN AND PAY YOUR OPEN INVOICE TO KEEP SERVICE ACTIVE.

 

All invoices are sent 5 days prior to expiration so please look for that email and pay the invoice to keep service active.

If service has expired due to non payment you can pay invoice and service should restart right away.

 

If your invoice has been cancelled due to non payment and is withing 2 weeks of expiration please open a ticket to have invoice re opened so you can make payment.

 

If your service has been suspended longer that 2 weeks you will need to purchase a new service as we do not renew service past 2 weeks late.

 

If you wish to move to quarterly billing please open a support ticket and request we change your invoicing to be every 3 months and we will adjust your account accordingly.  (pricing will be 3 times your current cost of your monthly amount).
