Streaming is an unstable technology! We recommend you look at always having a back up service just in case there are times that servers go down.
We pride ourselves on having 99.999% uptime but some things are out of our control.
Server companies, Channel providers, Data Centers etc can all have issues causing our service to have an issue.
Please always have another option just in case!
We do not provide any service for a second service but ask you to do your research on finding one that you like and have it avalible just in case.
