If you are seeing an error it could be a number of reasons...
Some Cards are not able to be saved on file.
Some Cards are Not Accepted (prepaid, gift cards, some debit cards per your bank policy).
We suggest using a different card or try to just pay the invoice instead of adding it to file.
Hopefully you are able to get it paid even though it may take a few attempts.
If you cannot get it to work you can reach out to our support team with the card info and we should be able to get it added on our side.
You can also open a Support Ticket with us and provide your Card #, Expiration date, CVV, and Zipcode and we can get it added for you.
