If you need to open a support ticket you can do so by logging into your account here: https://cobraservers.com/billing/clientarea.php
Once logged in look at the top tabs for "Support" then click on Tickets and open a ticket by filling out the reason you need assistince.

10:00 am - 12:00 pm
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

You may need to try troubleshooting the following if your not getting into the service...
**It may require you to do this process a couple of times to get it to connect as your device must be reading that old data still**
>Clear Cache and Data from the app by going into the Device settings and finding the Tivimate or Cobra app and clearing cache and data and force close the app.
>Once you have cleared the Cache and data then uninstall the app.
>Then restart your router, modem, and Firestick.
>Once restarted then go to download one of the apps.
